Terms and Conditions 

All orders for goods accepted by the vendor are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions: 

Payment and Price
All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, (Visa and Mastercard only), direct bank transfer or cheque. Credit card transactions are processed automatically through Paypal. If you wish to pay via direct bank transfer , our bank account details will be provided once this option is selected. If payment is made by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until your funds have cleared into our account.

 Claims
a) No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor by email or telephone within 48 hours of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor where the manufacturers’ replacement policy extends the deadline

 b) No liability for any claim for missing items such as manuals shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Third Party Delivery Companies
Our online prices do not include delivery. We have included delivery options online,  which may be utilised at your discretion. We do however encourage you to use the freight company mentioned as they are specialised transportation agents. Once goods are dispatched the vendor cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods or unexpected time delays caused by the freight facility. Should you elect to collect your purchase directly from our offices, please contact us by email or phone to arrange a date and time for pick-up.       

Quality assurance
All products sold are brand new, unused and as supplied directly from the respective manufacturer or distributor.                                                                                     

Returns Policy

All products are carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and are checked for any defects prior to despatch. If a faulty product is returned within the warranty period it will be inspected and replaced as efficiently as possible. Please ensure that you have retained the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to the vendor who will in turn ensure you are duly reimbursed by the manufacturer once they have acknowledged liability.

Law
If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in Victoria and shall in all respects be governed by Victorian Law. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
